Getting started with Thoro Clean

How it works

Thoro Clean finds the customers, books the work, takes the payment and handles the follow-up. You do the work you're great at, and you're paid every week for the jobs you complete.

Before your first job we make sure every partner is properly set up and insured. It protects you, the customer and us — and it's the same checklist for every partner.

The six steps

• Your profile & services — your name, mobile number and the services you offer.
• Where you work — the counties you'll travel to.
• Business documents & insurance — your W-9, business registration and insurance certificate. Most of the time here is waiting on your insurance agent, so ask them early.
• Partner agreement — read and sign online. We send it once your documents are checked.
• When you work — the days and hours you're available.
• Get paid — connect your bank securely through Stripe.

What happens after

We review everything, usually within one or two business days of your last upload. You'll get a message the moment you're cleared, and job offers start coming to your phone.
