What it is
Many cities and counties require a local business license or business tax receipt (sometimes called an occupational license) for businesses based there. Not every area does. If yours doesn't, tell us in Chat with us and skip this step.
Where to get it
- Search “[your city or county] business license” and open your local government's page.
- We only need the one where your business is based, unless a job's city asks for its own.
- Upload the current license or receipt and enter its expiry date.
